‘Rice from our fields’

is a project we started in 2017 together with the Grassot family, local rice producers and owners of the Estany de Pals rice company. The Grassot’s have been growing rice on our land for many years, and last year we began growing the Carnaroli variety together on a small piece of land just beside our property, Mas Pou in Pals. That’s the rice you’ll find on our menu.
