Pahissa del Mas... born from a dream

In May 2016, Jordi Vallespi and Rosa Maria Pericay opened the doors to part of Mas Pou, their family farmhouse in Pals.
The house dates back to 1352 and has been in the Pericay family for over seven generations.
Set in a landscape of rice paddies, it has been cultivating it’s own rice. This family restaurant is a labour of love.

The Menu

An elaborate menu that changes every season to offer the best market products and the freshest products. A mixture of unique flavors for the senses!

The Chef

The kitchen of the hand of Jordi Vallespi, with a long and recognized culinary career, which respects all the products in its essence always being of the maximum proximity.

The Masía​

The old family house, Mas Pou in Pals, a beautiful 14th century house owned by the Pericay family has served as a nest to give life to this new culinary and family project.

Philosophy

The restaurant Pahissa del Mas … born from a project full of illusion that is reflected in every detail of the dishes and the restaurant. We take maximum care of the gastronomic offer to offer a unique menu that mixes traditional products with new and creative flavors.
